Tetri Part Design

Some parts of the building kit were specially designed for the Tetri Products and are newly introduced to the Ikego catalog as multipurpose parts. You can find documentation and download production files for them here.

Tetri Bracket 3 Sides

this part can be 3D printed.

  • Bracket to connect 3 boards

  • Material: sturdy PLA or other

  • Dimensions: 22 x 22 x 22 mm

  • Holds M6 screws and M6 nuts

  • Fixed 15mm distance from center of hole to edge (just like the Tetri Boards)

Tetri Bracket 2 Sides

this part can be 3D printed.

  • Bracket to connect 2 boards

  • Material: sturdy PLA or other

  • Dimensions: 22 x 22 x 14 mm

  • Holds M6 Screws and M6 nuts

  • Fixed 15mm distance from center of hole to edge (just like the Tetri Boards)

Tetri Hinge

this part can be 3D printed.

  • Hinge for a light weight door

  • Material: sturdy PLA or other

  • Dimensions: 20x 13 x 18 mm

  • ⌀6mm holes

  • Fixed 15mm distance from center of hole to ledge 

Two parts, with a bolt or screw in the shaft, make a hinge.

A 15 mm distance ensures compatibility with the Tetri Boards.

As long as the hinge has a point of symmetry, the size and height can be manipulated.

Tetri Board 12 Holes

this part can be laser cut.

  • Basic board

  • Material: Acylic, Wood or other

  • Dimensions: 300 x 300 x 3 mm

  • Holes: Ikego Grid, 12 holes ⌀10mm

  • 15mm distance between center of holes and edge or other

Tetri Board 100 Holes

this part can be laser cut.

  • Basic board

  • Material: Acylic, Wood or other

  • Dimensions: 300 x 300 x 3 mm

  • Holes: Ikego Grid, 1oo holes ⌀10mm

  • 15mm distance between center of outer holes and edge or other

Tolerance

This is the evolution of Tetri's part design. Earlier versions have a different style, but the same function.
